According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple are officially divorced.
TMZ also reports that Laura Wasser who represented Liam and Judith R. Forman, Miley Cyrus’ lawyer both quietly worked through stumbling blocks to submit the paperwork to the judge.
The document says Miley Cyrus will be keeping all their pets. As for their properties, their prenup makes it easy for them to share them without any hassle.
It would be recalled that Liam Hemsworth filed for a divorce back in August 2019 citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split.
However, it didn’t take long before speculations of Miley Cyrus cheating on Liam started hitting the Internet. The multi talented star came out to deny any cheating allocations levelled against her.

The music star made this known via her Twitter page on Thursday, August 22, 2019, in long tweet thread. According to her, even though she had done a lot of things that she isn’t proud of, cheating on her Liam Hemsworth was not part of them.
She went to say that she is now a grown woman who has become responsible for her actions, insisting that the decision to split from Liam was for her good. Miley Cyrus 26, was spotted kissing Kaitlynn Carter during a trip in Italy barely 24 hours after the news of her separation went public.
Cyrus and Carter, 30, were spotted getting hot and heavy in Los Angeles, with a spy saying that they were “basically having sex” at Soho House in West Hollywood last week, nextnaija reported.
