Friday the 20th of March, 2020 will witness a gathering of mammoth stakeholders expected to storm the octane Planet One Event hub in Ikeja Lagos as JTAH FOUNDATION organizes a national conference for  women and girl child.
The event, targeted at creating a broader awareness on the need to be more attentive to gender equality is tagged 'Raising a 21st Century Girl Child'.
Speaking about the programme, the conveyer and founder of JTAH FOUNDATION, Mrs. Favour Benson affirmed that all hands must be on deck to ensure the proper and adequate upbringing and education of the girl child and that there should be no basis for gender inequality in preference.

Mrs. Benson who has been involved in countless cases that have to do with feminism also spoke on the need for both government and concerned stakeholders to seriously and vigorously tackle domestic violence, an ugly menace mostly suffered by women in relationships, concluding that the female gender should not be seen as a bashing tool. It could be recalled that in recent pasts, several cases of domestic violence were recorded across media platforms which really rose to a degenerating standard hence, the need for those concerned to come together and iron out a solution out of the dirty scenario.

However, the forthcoming event will have in attendance important dignitaries like; Obateru of Egbin Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Oba (Dr.) Adeoriyomi Abdul-Akeem Oyebo who is the royal father of the day while erudite woman of substance, Chief (Dr.) Opral Benson, the Yeye Oge of Lagos will be the mother of the day.
