BAMIGBOYE, ACP DANKOLI, INAUGURATES POLICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE IN MUSHIN

Hon. Emmanuel Bamigboye, Executive Chairman Mushin Local Government, welcomed Area Commander of Zone D Police Command Mushin, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Aliko Dankoli, to the inauguration of Police Advisory Committee held at the local government secretariat hall, Palm Avenue, Mushin on Friday 26 June 2020.




Security challenge in the community is creating threats to the lives of residents and police officers.

ACP Dankoli explained in details how security challenges in the community could be curtailed.

"Our duty is to police the community and we need support of the people living in the area to ease our operation".

Whenever you see something, say something, says one of the DPOs.

Security issues should be directed to Area Commander and/or Divisional Police Officers (DPOs), so that necessary steps will be taken to address the situation.

Our lines are open for complaints and tips concerning security challenges.

ACP Dankoli and all the DPOs under his command were present at the inauguration of the committee in Mushin.

While addressing the gathering, Hon. Bamigboye informed that this action would ensure there is peace and tranquility within the local government.

The Mayor of Mushin thanked ACP Dankoli and his team for their cooperation and support.

The Area Commander is hardworking and understands the grassroots having worked in Ejigbo as DPO, says Bamigboye.

We need to appreciate you and your DPOs for risking your lives in protecting the lives and properties of residents. God will continue to protect and strengthen you all.

In addition, he thanked all the stakeholders which include traditional rulers, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) representative, Chief Imam Sulaimon Olanubi, community leaders and members of the police advisory committee for their support.

We will continue to support the police in the discharge of their duties.

Stakeholders present at the inauguration were Pa Femi Okuyemi, PCRC members, CDC/CDAs, Sanusi Busayo, Supervisor for Special Duties, Hon. Lukmon Adeoye, Hon. Rasaq Showande, Hon. Rasaq Sanusi, Mr. Yomi Eniafe, Head Information Unit, and others.
