DPO Jibia led “Operation Puff Adder” to the hideout of one “DUMBAGE”, a member of a notorious camp of one “IDI DOGO”, that specializes in kidnap for ransom, cattle rustling, armed robbery and banditry terrorizing Jibia,
Batsari and Safana LGAs of Katsina state. On arrival the team engaged the hoodlums in a fierce gun duel which forced the hoodlums to abandon all their loots and escaped into the forest. The team succeeded and recovered thirty (30) cows, thirty four goats, three donkeys, a motorcycle boxer red unregistered, and a damaged Techno GSM Handset. Investigation is ongoing.
