The second phase of the COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign will commence in Lagos State on Wednesday 25th August, 2021.
As part of of vaccination strategy, we are commencing this second phase exercise with the MODERNA Vaccine for those who have not received any of the COVID vaccine.
MODERNA vaccine is administered as a 2-dose series given 28 days apart. Remember full vaccination equals full protection.
*Who should take the MODERNA Vaccine?*
Moderna vaccine is recommended for:
•People aged 18 years and older;
•Health workers at high risk of exposure;
•Older people with or without underlying conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, HIV etc; and
•Persons who recovered from covid-19;
*Where to Access the Vaccine*
You can get the vaccine from any of the designated 183 fixed and temporary fixed sites located in Primary Health Care Centres, General Hospital, Military/Police hospitals and Tertiary Health Facilities - Visit E-registration portal for site closest to you.
*How to Access the Vaccine*
Book an Appointment to Get Vaccinated Today on the NPHCDA E-registration on portal 👉🏽https://nphcda.vaccination.gov.ng/. Kindly take note that pre-registration is *MANDATORY* and only pre-registered persons will be allowed into the vaccination sites. No pre-registration means no Vaccination!
*Time* :
Vaccination will be carried out as scheduled on the E-registration portal in sections - Morning between the hours of 9.00am and 12.00Noon & Afternoon between the hours of 12.00Noon and 3.00pm Daily.
