By: Fashina Shakiru.

A viral, contentious video, supporters of Seigo accusing MC Oluomo betrayal over the Chairmanship position has once again portrays what Maxime Rovere said, "How To Deal With Idiots” without confrontation rather dialogues.

Information has it that, National Union of Road Transport Workers, (NURTW) Lagos state chapter, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya, MC Oluomo eyeing National Chairman while State Treasurer, Alhaji Adekunle Mustapha, Seigo to secure State Chairman of the Union as both sides refused to sheathe their swords. This contestation, in a recent time, turned Mc Oluomo and Seigo: Power Play of Two Friends, Turn Enemies.

In a situation like this, “How To Deal With Idiots” by Maxime Rovere in his book offers practical advice and strategies for handling power play.

Rovere portraits how faced with idiocy to explores when one encounters challenges and maintain emotional intelligent. Mc Oluomo and Seigo, expected to stay calm for peace, agreement, or oath. Rational to stand with who stand by you.

I also appreciate what Rovere noted, using non-confrontational language for effective communication. These are skills both Mc Oluomo and Seigo can be used to minimize confrontation and promote healthy conversations to avoid violence.

Rovere emphasizes the need to stand up for oneself. A kudos to Seigo, stands for his right not allow being manipulated. But for Mc Oluomo silent like a Lion King as a leader and ambassador for peace, definitely he will ensure there is peace, unity, and tranquillity.

Rovere also urged to choose your battles wisely to avoid bloodshed. This can lead to a peaceful power game negotiations as two friends like enemies understand sides of their weaknesses.

By rounding up this write-up, I urged two friends like enemies and supporters from different camps avoid conflicts and maintain peace over the situation because the Lagos state government will only use a gunpowder to extinguish the Union in Lagos state if there's any breaking down of law at this time. A word is enough for the wise.
