As the Chief of Staff to the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Tayo Akinmade Ayinde, popularly known as Buffalo, marks his birthday, media executive Ayo Mojoyin has sent warm felicitations, describing him as a dependable pillar of support and silent strategist behind the success of the Sanwo-Olu administration.
