The Chairman of HDV Nigeria Limited, Otunba Olufemi Okenla, has added another remarkable achievement to his impressive entrepreneurial journey with the grand opening of ibis Lagos Lekki, a new hospitality destination located in Lekki, Lagos.
The grand opening ceremony, held on the 14th August was celebrated with pomp, pageantry and funfair, attracting dignitaries, business associates, friends and well-wishers.
Otunba Okenla, who is also the owner of ibis Ikeja, continues to demonstrate his commitment to the growth and development of Nigeria’s hospitality industry with the establishment of the new ibis Lagos Lekki.
The hotel was officially declared open by the Lagos State Governor, His Excellency Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, who was represented at the ceremony by the Secretary to the Lagos State Government- Mrs.Ambimbola Salu- Hundeyin esq
The spiritual father of Otunba Olufemi Okenla, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, of KICC International, also graced the occasion and declared the hotel open with special prayers. He was assisted by Pastor Femi Faseru, also of KICC International.
ibis Lagos Lekki boasts 120 soundproof rooms, offering guests a comfortable and serene hospitality experience. The hotel also features a swimming pool located on the fourth floor of the building, among other modern facilities designed to provide guests with a memorable stay.
The launch further underscores Otunba Olufemi Okenla’s reputation as an entrepreneur par excellence and a key player in Nigeria’s hospitality sector.
