LAGOS, September 19, 2026:
It was a remarkable demonstration of compassion and community service as the Apeke Dynasty Foundation successfully held the fourth edition of its “Operation Pure Eyes, Jigi Ope Vol. 4” humanitarian outreach on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
The outreach, held at Ebenezer Church, Vulcanizer Bus Stop, Agbelekale, provided beneficiaries with access to free eye tests, free glasses and free eye medical services, reaching both young and elderly members of the community.
The initiative, which was driven by the Foundation’s commitment to improving the wellbeing of people, attracted residents, community stakeholders, well-wishers and dignitaries who came out to identify with the humanitarian cause.
A major highlight of the programme was the support and encouragement received from the Chairman of Agbado/Oke-Odo Local Council Development Area, Hon. Abiodun Jimoh Isola Ejigbadero, whose administration has continued to engage in community-focused programmes. The Chairman’s Vice Chairman, Hon. Kehinde Yusau Shobayo, together with members of the council cabinet, was also acknowledged for the respect, support and goodwill shown towards the humanitarian initiative.
The presence and support of the council leadership further underscored the importance of collaboration between community-based humanitarian organisations and institutions working to improve the lives of residents.
A Foundation Driven by Compassion
The Apeke Dynasty Foundation used the occasion to reaffirm its dedication to humanitarian service, stressing that its interventions are not merely about organising events but about touching lives and giving people access to assistance that can positively affect their everyday living.
Speaking on the future of the initiative, the Foundation expressed its determination to make the next edition even more impactful by expanding its reach beyond the immediate community and taking the humanitarian intervention to more people in need.
The Foundation also called on philanthropists, corporate organisations, individuals and well-meaning Nigerians across the world to partner with organisations such as Apeke Dynasty Foundation, stressing that meaningful humanitarian impact becomes greater when people and institutions join hands for a common purpose.

The event also generated words of appreciation and commendation from attendees, who described the free eye-care initiative as a meaningful intervention that directly addressed a basic but often overlooked healthcare need.
Some beneficiaries and guests praised the Foundation for choosing a practical area of intervention and for extending its services to people regardless of age.
Attendees particularly commended the organisers for their consistency, describing the initiative as a reflection of genuine concern for the welfare of ordinary members of society.
Others offered prayers and words of encouragement to the Foundation, urging it not to relent in its humanitarian activities.
The atmosphere at the outreach was therefore one of gratitude, relief and celebration, as beneficiaries received eye examinations and other forms of support at no cost.
Beyond Operation Pure Eyes
With the successful completion of Operation Pure Eyes, Jigi Ope Vol. 4, Apeke Dynasty Foundation is looking beyond the present edition, with a stated ambition to broaden its humanitarian footprint and reach communities beyond its current base.
The Foundation's message was clear: humanitarian service is stronger when compassion becomes collective action.
As the organisation looks ahead to its next edition, the Apeke Dynasty Foundation is inviting philanthropists and strategic partners around the world to join its journey of service, believing that with greater partnerships, more lives can be reached, more communities can be touched and more people can experience the dignity that comes with access to essential care.
