UCL Matchday 1: Europe’s Biggest Clubs Begin Their Campaigns on DStv, GOtv

 

The UEFA Champions League league phase begins this week, with Europe’s biggest clubs facing off across three nights. Real Madrid face Inter Milan, Arsenal travel to Napoli, while Barcelona and Liverpool host Feyenoord and Atlético Madrid, respectively.

Tuesday: Madrid and City Begin New Eras

Manchester City begin the Enzo Maresca era in Europe away to Porto at 8:00 pm on SS Premier League (GOtv Ch. 65, DStv Ch. 203), while Aston Villa travel to Club Brugge at 5:45 pm on the same channel.

Wednesday: Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona Take Centre Stage

Arsenal face Napoli away at 8:00 pm on SS Premier League (GOtv Ch. 65, DStv Ch. 203), looking to build on their strong start to the season and make an early statement in Europe.

Liverpool welcome Atlético Madrid to Anfield at 8:00 pm on SS Football Plus HD (DStv Ch. 202), while Barcelona host Feyenoord at 5:45 pm on SS Premier League (GOtv Ch. 65, DStv Ch. 203).

Thursday: Bayern and United Round Out Matchday 1

Bayern Munich host Bodø/Glimt at 8:00 pm on SS Football Plus HD (DStv Ch. 202), with Vincent Kompany looking to take Bayern's European campaign up a level.

Manchester United are also back in the Champions League and host Sabah at 8:00 pm on SS Premier League (GOtv Ch. 65, DStv Ch. 203), while Roma travel to Fenerbahce at 5:45 pm on the same channel.
